Decorative flake in a base coat with a clear polyaspartic or urethane topcoat. The classic garage look, and the most forgiving over time.

How we do it
Moisture test
The step most garage coating companies skip. Coatings fail when slab moisture isn’t checked first.
Diamond grind
We grind the slab to a proper profile so the coating bonds. No acid etching.
Repair
Cracks, joints, and spalls filled and ground flush.
Coat
Base coat, flake if you chose it, then the topcoat.
Cure
You get exact walk-on and park-on times before we start.
Garage epoxy questions
Most of our garage systems use an epoxy base for adhesion and a polyaspartic or urethane topcoat for UV stability and hot-tire resistance. It’s the combination that lasts.
Almost always poor prep or untested moisture. That’s why we grind instead of etch and test the slab before quoting.
